By purchasing our products, you are agreeing to our term & condition.

  • Good sales aren’t refundable or exchangeable.
  • A receipt will be given upon customer request only.
  • Custom orders don’t apply to any other promo/discount and are considered final.
  • The item will be released once we receive payment from the purchaser.
  • Any replacement must include a photo/video as proof of casualty.
  • In the case of casualty on postage orders, please send us a photo/video within 12 hours after receiving the parcel as proof of casualty (Not valid for Sabah & Sarawak addresses).
  • Cancellation for paid orders is subject to a 30% penalty charge from the total amount.
  • Multiple replacements will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any purchase above RM150 requires at least a 50% deposit, valid within one (1) month and not refundable.
  • Roach Chow one-to-one (1:1) replacement is valid within six months after the date of purchase. If the product is found tampered with, we reserve the right not to replace it.
  • Only one (1) promo is valid per customer.
  • We are not responsible for any misuse or mishandling.
  • Any issues that occur after 3 days or 72 hours will not be entertained.
  • These terms and conditions apply to new and existing customers. All decisions are considered final.

Payment Method

  • Payment can be made in cash, through bank transfer, or via the payment merchant gateway provided by us.

Delivery

  • Delivery will be made within 72 hours after we receive the deposit or full payment from the purchaser, unless stated as a pre-order, which may take up to 14 days.
